PERFORMER BIO
Chet Siegel (she/her) is an actor, comedian, writer, director, & kookie movement teacher. She is the Head Coach of UCB NY’s Harold & Lloyd Teams and teaches movement at Stella Adler for their Devised Comedy program. She improvises occasionally with ASSSSCAT! and does improv, sketch, character, & bit shows all over NYC. She currently coaches UCB improv team, The Prophecy, and directs UCB Maude Sketch Team, First Wife. Her short film, TEMPLE BETH ELOHIM, co-written by Catherine Bloom, was a 2025-2026 Yes And! Laughter Lab Finalist.

She developed and debuted her comedic solo show/immersive nervous breakdown, My Dead Wedding, at Ars Nova as part of their Camp Artistic Residency, and has since performed the show at Union Hall, Littlefield, & UCB in NYC. Someone please give her money to produce it as a comedy special shot in her wedding venue.
She has been performing improv & sketch comedy in basements/theaters for 20 years. She ran Magnet Theater’s sketch comedy program from 2014 - 2016, taught improv and sketch comedy at the Magnet from 2013 - 2019, and performed with Magnet Tourco from 2010-2019. At UCBT NY, she improvised with The Law Firm, Women & Men, and Namaste; performed sketch comedy with Maude teams Grown Ass Women, house sketch teams Grown Ass Women, ; a performer/writer/producer on webseries team, Brinkman.
Chet is a member of SAG AFTRA & Actors Equity. She is represented by Innovative NY’s commercial department and is currently seeking theatrical & legit representation :)
